The ACRI is a group of professionals who are committed to quality practices in the supply and or operation of child restraint products or services, whether they are a supplier of components, restraints, (new or hire) fitment services, education aspects or just information.

The ACRI recommends these daily checks:

Seat Belt buckle connected?
Does the unit “Travel” with the vehicle?
Any twist or slack in Harness?
Is the angular aspect OK?
Any slack in the upper tether strap?
Is Junior at risk of being hit by loose items?

The ACRI also recommends these weekly checks:

Is Junior too heavy for this restraint?
Is Junior too big for this restraint?
Are Junior’s shoulders above the strap slots?
Do the inserts effect safe harness adjustment?
Does Junior have “whiplash” protection?
